How to Apply for Farm Plan Financing
To take advantage of Farm Plan financing, you must have a Farm Plan Preferred Account. If you do not have a Farm
Plan Preferred Account, you must complete a credit application and submit it to Farm Plan for approval prior
to processing the sale. For an application, call Farm Plan at 1.800.433.8964, or contact your Integra sales
rep. You can also complete an application on-line at
www.farmplan.com.
Once you've completed your application, fax it to Farm Plan at 1.800.322.1275, or mail it to Farm Plan,
Attn: Customer Service, PO Box 5328, Madison, WI 53705.0328. Farm Plan will notify Integra once a
determination has been made. You will receive notice of determination from Farm Plan via mail.
